Hi! We're Lauren and Thom, the duo behind The Charmed Porch.

What started as a love for decorating our own home quickly grew into something more when friends, neighbors, and local businesses began asking for help creating beautiful, welcoming spaces of their own.

We believe that thoughtfully designed spaces have the power to make people feel something. Whether it's a front porch that makes you smile when you pull into the driveway, a storefront that draws people in, or a floral installation that transforms a space, we love creating designs that leave a lasting impression.

Today, we create custom seasonal décor, floral installations, storefront displays, and event designs throughout Massachusetts and New England.

Creative Director

The creative half of the duo, Lauren brings a thoughtful, design driven approach to every project. With over 20 years of experience as a wedding coordinator, she has a natural eye for detail and a deep understanding of how spaces come together seamlessly. Lauren specializes in transforming porches, events, and spaces into elevated, welcoming moments always styled with intention and warmth.
Thom
Operations & Installation Lead

The behind the scenes force who makes every design come together seamlessly, Thom handles installation and logistics with precision and care. From setup to execution, he ensures each space is styled exactly as intended on time, efficiently, and with an eye for detail that keeps everything running smoothly.
Sadie
Senior Quality Control

A high energy Malinois who takes her role very seriously. No detail goes unchecked under Sadie’s watch. Known for her sharp instincts, constant movement, and unwavering commitment to keeping standards high.

VP of Curb Appeal (and Naps)

Our resident chocolate lab and porch model in training. Usually found lounging in the shade, observing installations, and occasionally offering “help” by supervising too closely or knocking over a decorative element.
