Booking depends on the season and the type of install you’re looking for.
Fall & Christmas / Winter / Holiday Packages
We offer curated packages for fall and winter that are available to book directly through our website. These packages provide a structured starting point, but there is still room for light customization. If you have specific preferences, color palettes, or special requests, you’re always welcome to reach out and we’ll do our best to tailor the design to your space.
Spring & Summer Florals and Other Holiday Installs
Spring and summer floral installs, along with other holiday or special occasion designs, are fully custom and unique to you. These are not booked as packages. To get started, simply send us a message on Facebook or Instagram, or email us directly at TheCharmedPorch@gmail.com. We’ll start a conversation, learn more about your vision, and design something specifically for your home, business, or event.
Once you book, we’ll confirm timing, answer any final questions, and take it from there.
Delivery timing varies by season and will always be confirmed with you in advance so you know exactly when to expect us.
Fall
Fall porch installs typically begin in late September and continue through early October, depending on when you book and your location. You’ll receive a delivery and setup window ahead of time so we can coordinate a smooth install.
Christmas / Winter / Holiday
Our primary install weekend is the weekend after Thanksgiving, beginning on Black Friday. If you’re looking for a different week, just reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Spring & Summer Florals and other holidays
Floral installs are scheduled throughout the season based on availability and your event or desired start date. Timing is confirmed with you before installation.
We are based in Central Massachusetts and regularly serve most of Massachusetts, along with nearby areas of northern Connecticut, northern Rhode Island, southern New Hampshire, and southern Vermont. If you’re unsure whether your location is within range, reach out and we’ll happily confirm.
No. Full staging and installation are always included. We thoughtfully design and install each display to fit your porch, entryway, storefront, or event space. This is not a drop off service. Every piece is intentionally placed for a polished, finished look. If you have preferences or inspiration, we’re happy to incorporate them whenever possible.
Nope! As long as your porch, entryway, or install area is accessible, you do not need to be home. We’ll take care of everything and you’ll return to a fully styled space. Almost like a porch fairy stopped by.
Fall
Fall displays are created using real pumpkins, gourds, hay, and seasonal plants. While we select the freshest pieces available, longevity depends on weather, sunlight, and placement. With normal conditions, most fall displays last to Thanksgiving.
Christmas / Winter / Holiday
Winter greenery is presoaked with an evergreen enhancer to help extend freshness. We also leave care instructions to support longevity. Displays typically last after Christmas, weather depending.
Spring & Summer Florals and other holidays
Floral designs are created using high quality faux florals. Because of this, your display will look beautiful for the entire season without wilting, watering, or weather related wear.
Yes, with a few seasonal differences.
Fall
Pumpkin pickup is available as an optional add on at the end of the season for an additional cost. If you prefer to handle disposal yourself, many local farms accept pumpkins and gourds for compost or animal feed, which is a great way to give them a second life.
Christmas / Winter / Holiday
Holiday takedown and greenery removal are available as an add on and can be selected at booking.
Spring & Summer Florals and other holidays
Floral installs are considered rentals. Installation and takedown are both included in the price, so you don’t need to worry about storage or removal.
Every install is customized to your space. While we offer package tiers for fall and winter, each design is styled specifically for your home or business. Floral installs are fully custom and designed around your vision, color preferences, and setting.
Yes. We design and install seasonal displays for homes, storefronts, offices, and special events. With over 20 years of experience in event coordination, we understand how to design with flow, timing, and visual impact in mind.
We monitor weather closely. In the event of severe weather, we will communicate with you to adjust timing if needed. Light rain or typical New England conditions usually do not impact installation.
