Charmed Porch Q&A
For Fall: We start bringing our fall porch packages to life from late September through early October, with timing based on when you order and where you’re located. Before we arrive, you’ll get a delivery and setup window so we can coordinate a time that fits perfectly into your schedule. For Winter: Our main weekend is the weekend after Thanksgiving starting on Black Friday. If you'd like delivery a different week, please reach out.
Nope! Every package comes with full staging. We personally arrange each piece, creating a warm, inviting look that’s tailored to your porch, so it’s far more than just a stack of pumpkins on the doorstep. Let us know if you have any preferences and we will do our best to accommodate those as well!
We’re based in Central Massachusetts and happily serve nearby areas, including parts of northern Connecticut, northern Rhode Island, southern Vermont and New Hampshire, as well as most of Massachusetts. If you’re not sure whether we can get to you, just reach out and we’ll be glad to chat and see if it’s within our delivery range.
Nope! If your porch or entryway is accessible, we can complete the setup even if you’re not there. You’ll come home to everything perfectly in place. Almost like a Fall Fairy had been there!
For Fall: Because our porch setups use real pumpkins, gourds, hay, and seasonal plants, their lifespan can vary. We handpick the freshest pieces, but factors like weather, sunlight, and where they’re placed will affect how long they last. With a little care, most pumpkins keep their charm for about 4–8 weeks. For Winter: We presoak each green with evergreen enhancer to keep it fresh for as long as possible. We will also leave a spray bottle to help with wilting. You can expect your display to last through Christmas.
For Fall: We do now! For an additional cost at the end of the season, we offer pumpkin pickup for an additional fee.
If you don't want pumpkin pickup, we love to see them go to good use! Many local farms are happy to take pumpkins and gourds for animal feed or compost. We encourage you to connect with farmers in your area to give your porch decor a second life.
For Winter: We do not at this time. Green can easily be disposed of in your woods!
