Important Notes
Fresh florals are available for single weekend bookings only
Multi-weekend packages include premium faux arrangements to ensure a consistent appearance
Installations are designed to withstand normal outdoor conditions, but extreme weather may impact placement
Travel fees may apply outside standard service areas
 
Scheduling & Timing
Installations are scheduled in alignment with your selected open house or showing dates.
Installation may occur 1–2 days prior to your first scheduled showing
Removal may occur 1–2 days after your final scheduled showing
This allows for efficient routing and ensures your entry remains consistently presented throughout your booking.
If you have specific timing needs, please include them at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.
 
After booking, we’ll follow up to confirm final details and ensure everything is ready for install.

The client is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable placement conditions at the property
The Charmed Porch is not liable for damage caused by weather, theft, vandalism, or third-party interference
The Charmed Porch is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage related to the presence or use of installed items
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Charmed Porch from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the installation or use of provided décor
