Farm sourcing from Houlden Farm in Grafton, MA, delivery, and full styling
If choosing end of season pumpkin pickup, that will happen the day(s) after Thanksgiving.
Service Areas
A little farther away? We’d still love to come to you! Our standard service area is within 40 miles of Northbridge, which is roughly an hour away. Central MA / MetroWest / Rhode Island is mostly included in that.
Travel is an additional $50 for 41–60 miles and $100 for 61+ miles. You’ll see the appropriate travel option at checkout. End-of-season pumpkin pickup is available within our standard service area only.
Installation Liability
By purchasing this package, you agree that The Charmed Porch is not responsible for:
- Trips, slips, or falls caused by pumpkins, hay, mums, or other décor.
- Bumps, bruises, or the very unlikely case of “death by pumpkin.”
- Damage caused by moving, climbing on, kicking, or playing with the décor.
- Damage caused by wind, rain, animals, or other outdoor conditions.
- Pumpkins that rot, soften, leak, tip over, or become a snack for wildlife.
Cancellation Policy
You will receive a 100% refund if your order is canceled at least 1 week before your agreed upon setup date. This policy helps cover the costs associated with preparation and securing your materials.
